Freight cannot correct an incomplete product quote. First confirm style, quantity, size mix, fabric, lining, artwork, logos, labels, packing and target date. The online custom builder provides a starting product estimate; the factory reviews technical details before issuing a final quotation.
Express is often practical for samples and smaller cartons. Air can suit time-sensitive commercial orders. Sea can reduce freight per unit for larger volumes. Selected door-to-door or DDP services may simplify delivery, but route, destination and included charges must be confirmed for each quotation.
A freight quote depends on packed weight, carton dimensions, number of cartons, destination, service level and trade term. Ask whether pickup, export handling, customs clearance, duties, taxes and final delivery are included. The cheapest headline freight number may not be the lowest delivered cost.
Do not pay from an online estimate alone. Confirm the approved specification, quantity, currency, product value, freight, trade term, beneficiary and payment schedule on the final quotation or pro forma invoice. If bank details change unexpectedly, verify them through a known company contact before sending funds.

No. The online estimate covers the configured product and selected additions. Freight is confirmed after destination, quantity, packed weight, carton volume and delivery method are known.
Express courier can suit samples and urgent small cartons. Air freight can balance speed and volume. Sea freight can suit larger orders. Selected DDP services may be available after route and destination review.
Provide the delivery country, city or ZIP code, quantity, target date and whether delivery is to a business address, warehouse, port or nominated forwarder.
Pay only after the factory confirms the specification and issues the final quotation or pro forma invoice with verified beneficiary and payment instructions.
Duties and taxes depend on the agreed shipping term and destination. DDP may include specified import charges, while express, air, sea, EXW or FOB arrangements can leave destination costs to the buyer. Confirm the term in writing before payment.
