From patriotic artwork to a production-ready board short.
This private label swimwear project transformed a bold stars-and-stripes concept into custom men's board shorts suitable for retail, events, teams and promotional merchandise.
The manufacturing brief
The buyer needed custom American flag swim shorts with strong blue, clean white stars and high-impact red stripes. Our factory prepared the artwork placement across the front and back panels, checked scale at the side seams and adjusted the print so the graphic remained balanced after cutting and sewing.
Material, printing and construction
The shorts use lightweight quick-dry woven fabric for swimming, beachwear and summer promotions. All-over printing delivers broad color coverage without adding a heavy surface layer. An elasticated waist, adjustable braided drawcord, metal eyelets and reinforced seams provide a comfortable, secure fit for repeat wear.
Quality control for bulk orders
Before wholesale production, the pre-production sample is reviewed for color accuracy, print registration, waist measurement, drawcord security and sewing quality. Bulk custom board shorts are inspected for consistent sizing, clean seam alignment and packing requirements before international shipment.
