01Choose the fit before choosing the artwork
Length, rise, leg opening and waist construction establish the silhouette. A shorter athletic fit, versatile 5-inch mid-thigh fit or longer custom board-short shape can be graded across XXS to 4XL. Existing samples, measurements and tech packs can be reviewed before the pattern is approved.
02Use print and branding methods that suit the fabric
All-over artwork, placement screen print, heat transfer and embroidery each behave differently on peach skin, pongee, nylon, four-way stretch and seersucker. Artwork size, color count, placement and order quantity are checked before the decoration method and final price are confirmed.
03Specify comfort features your customer will notice
Select a traditional mesh brief, supportive compression liner or lightweight unlined build. Add side-seam, rear flap, zipper or key pockets; an internal or external drawcord; and branded eyelets, cord tips, labels and packaging where they improve the retail product.
04Order in a quantity that matches the stage of your business
Five pieces can support development, photography or buyer presentation. Fifty pieces can test a focused launch, while 500 and 5,000-piece tiers reduce unit cost for established programs. The final quotation confirms product, optional additions and freight separately.
