What is the minimum order quantity?

Custom production starts from 5 pieces per style and one color. Unit pricing improves at 50, 500 and 5,000 pieces.

Which artwork files should I send?

Vector AI, PDF or SVG files are preferred. High-resolution PNG files may also be reviewed. Include Pantone references, print scale and logo dimensions when available.

Can I approve a sample before bulk production?

Yes. The sample stage is used to confirm fit, fabric, color, artwork scale, logo placement and trims before the bulk specification is approved.

How are custom colors confirmed?

Send a Pantone reference or physical color sample. Screen images are treated as a guide only; the approved sample controls bulk production.

Can you add private labels and branded packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, logo drawcords, custom eyelets, barcode stickers, polybags and carton marks can be quoted to your specification.

How is international shipping calculated?

Freight is quoted separately after the packed quantity, carton dimensions, weight, destination and required delivery time are confirmed. Express, air, sea and selected DDP options are available.
